What we collect
Text you submit for synthesis, and audio you upload for transcription, are processed to produce your result and are not retained as part of a user profile.
For first-party traffic analytics, we record an anonymous browser and session identifier, your network address, approximate city and country, device and browser details, referring page and campaign tags, pages and Studio sections visited, clicks, time on site and scroll depth.
Separate security records use a one-way hash of your network address to enforce usage limits and protect the service from abuse.
If you contact us, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.
Why we process it
To deliver the feature you asked for, understand aggregate site usage and improve the Studio, keep the service available and protected from abuse, and respond to your enquiries.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, use cross-site advertising trackers, or use your scripts or uploads to improve external systems.
Storage in your browser
Your favourites, chosen theme, working session and anonymous analytics identifiers are stored on your device using cookies or browser storage. Clearing your browser data removes them and resets the anonymous visitor identifier.
The analytics tracker honours enabled Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals.
Retention
Analytics sessions are normally deleted after 90 days and can be deleted earlier by the administrator. Generated audio is deleted automatically on a short schedule. Security counters expire within hours. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.
Service partners
A small number of processing services help deliver requested features and approximate location checks. They receive only the information needed for that request, and location results are cached to reduce repeat lookups.
Web fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will action reasonable requests.
