We provide browser-based tools for text-to-speech synthesis, multi-speaker dialogue generation, voice design and speech transcription.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for everything you submit and for everything you do with the output. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, audio or voice sample you upload.
You must not use the service to impersonate a real person without their explicit permission, to create misleading or deceptive content, or to break any law that applies to you.

4. Usage limits
Fair-use limits apply to protect service quality. Attempting to bypass them — through automation, address rotation or any other method — is a breach of these terms and may result in your access being blocked.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design and its code remain ours. Individual voices may have their own usage licences.
Subject to those licences and to your compliance with these terms, you keep the rights you already held in the text you supply.
6. No storage, no warranty on your files
Generated audio is transient. We do not maintain backups of your work and we are not responsible for anything you lose by not downloading it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data or reputational harm.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe these terms have been breached, or where necessary to protect the service or its users.
